Springboard Program

The Springboard Program is a consultant service involving expert coaches with a goal of assisting members of CONNECT TAIWAN in strategies revolving about business models and financial plans. The advisory service covers the whole life cycle of entrepreneurship and its value chain. The range of services offered includes technology, product, business model, strategy, market, management, intellectual property, finance etc. The participating vendor has to pass the screening process in order to be accepted in Springboard Program’s guidance and training.

There are two phases of Springboard Program’s consultant services; the first is the Coaching Phase, which involves one-on-one meetings with the mentor for 6 to 8 weeks of consultation. At the end of consultation, the mentoring expert will call for the Graduation Phase if the coaching process is complete satisfactorily. A group of experts in different sectors will then be invited to assist the trainee in finding strategic partners or attracting investment capital.

A Springboard Program graduation will be held twice annually.

CONNECT TAIWAN will build a group of experts/consultants (20-30) in different sectors for the Springboard Program Consultant Services.
