Our Team

Members of CONNECT TAIWAN are the foundation of this organization and are mainly served by both the Adviser Group and Secretariat Office. The activity of CONNECT TAIWAN is ruled by the plans of the Council Committee. All of the members will be invited to a function within the target of both capital/consultant service seekers (starting founder), and technology/case seeker (founders, stakeholders, and etc.)

Function	Task
Council Committee	Convenes according to decisions set by the Chairman; arbitrates operation and strategy.
Industrial Promotion Committee	Consolidates industry resources to assist CT operation; leads events of industry with the CT members; provides strategy and information for the development of industry.
Startup Promotion Committee	Consolidates experts, venture capitalists, starting entrepreneurs, and member resources; assists CT operations and leads events of Startup Committee.
International Cooperation Promotion Committee	Plans and sponsors international exchange; consolidates international resources; assists CT operations in international cooperation, participates in the events of Global CONNECT.
Adviser Group	Provides consultant services to the CT Council Committee, suggests operational trends.
Coaches/Mentors	Provides advisory service for the selected members at the Springboard Program; assists members in preparation of business models and financial strategies.
Secretariate Office	Assists the Council Committee and Task Force Committee in scheduling events; assists overall CT operations.
