| To build an open and transparent platform for the creative, innovative, entrepreneurship, and venture capitals. |
| To induce consultant service providers, venture capitals providers for startup entrepreneur, or vendor whom with potential of moving into international market to create win-win situation by networking with international partners on the platform. |
| To operate with the existent, or develop international partner network, and to foster information technology exchange, technology transfer, talent professional introduction, and experience sharing; and further increase the successful rate of international cooperation while reducing the risk for entrepreneur and venture capitalist. |
| Objective: |
| Through activities of consultant services, symposium, social exchange, summit forum and trade visit etc. to consolidate startup founder, capitals, and consultant services, and enhance the innovative development of Taiwan ICT industry. |
| Assist startup founder with potential of international market to search for international organization, technology, and experience exchange. |
| To initiate contact with international network for the startup, or vendor. |
